With all due respect, one company doesnt proof a thing. Neither do 10 or 100. If it was such a successful business model, there were a lot more.

Huh? if you install anything via a software manager which is included with most user-friendly distros like Ubuntu, popos, mint or zorin, it comes with a .desktop file which makes it discoverable by using the means of the desktop environment - usually something like the start menu. And that’s not something new. That has been the case for years now.

For almost every use case a normal user needs, there is a gui. You do not need the terminal.

Exactly this. People need to Start take responsibility for their purchases. Getting graphene to run on a supporte device is literally doable via a web browser.

I usw nginxproymanager for that. It has an integrated function to create and update letsencrypt certificates. Creating a New host takes like 1 minute.

The point ist to not buy an iPhone. Buy Hardware that supports your rights, not hardware that actively fights it.
