This checks out after what they recently did to the ZLUDA project. As an owner of an AMD gpu I agree that ROCM support is really bad. It works half of the time and fairly poorly.

I use proton vpn secure core on my desktop browser via the extension and mullvad everywhere else, I like it for that but not much else since mullvad is just better with their ram only servers
Servo hype
Prefer linkding due to its straightforward setup (no complicated seperate database) but glad Linkwarden is doing well
Servo is incredibly exciting to look forward to rather than Ladybird imo. The name of this browser and engine are perfect aswell.
Its in perpetual beta like lawnchair where the only releases are betas/alphas while the stable is left behind quite a lot
One of my grandpas just died this year due to dementia related complications and it is a hell of a way to go. Really hope I dont end up with it getting as bad as I have seen it get before its too late to jump off a bridge.
WTF I had no idea she was unwell. No matter how bad youtube was handled she didnt deserve this.
Not everyone likes to use commands for something as trivial as this, its nice to press a couple buttons and wait for it to be done vs learning how dd works and what arguments to use etc.
Yeah I wish it had a different name but it works for every distro via flatpak. I like using it that way but im sure it works well as a package for most distros.
Fedora Media Writer is the best, I hardly use BalenaEtcher but its good too incase the former doesnt work
Im certain I have ADHD so lately Ive been using Proton Calendar as a todo list and its helped a lot but I still find myself procrastinating sometimes.
As for avoidance earlier in the year I decided to change my habits with the internet, especially youtube. Which is becoming more and more of a burden and waste of time to use imo.
So I created a patreon account and looked through my YT subscriptions choosing a small group of people to donate to that I found to be worth while content wise then deleted my channel. I also subscribed to nebula for a couple other channels such as NotJustBikes. Then I switched to using Grayjay which supports this method since I can see it all in one place.
Also its not like I completely avoid YT as a whole I just merely use it as a search engine now instead of being subjected to the ads, thumbnails, clickbait, shorts, drama, etc in every waking moment.
Boost but its not open source
Im convinced the people saying Palworld is a dead game are dumbass pokemid fans angry theres not a content update every month.
Yet I check every now and then and the game still has like 30k players on steam! thats way better than a shitty live service disaster like Multiversus could ever hope for!
so stupid how monero, the only useful crypto, gets hated to oblivion for no reason
cool! I have been using a similar service for years at resumake.io and this looks like a pretty sweet alternative
Id say around 80% since I use a lot of foss programs and only use linux/android/openwrt/brother printers. The other 20% is random proprietary stuff like steam I guess to be generous.
USE GRAYJAY
Yeah I hear ya. How do you happen to be running it? I use NixOS and its a challenge there for me but I found atleast some success using docker since the dependencies are so out of control for AI at the moment.
Also give Ollama-rocm + Open Webgui a shot as an alternative to koboldcpp if you cant get atleast some text generation to work because that is the only thing I have got working with rocm.
