I believe there was the admin of https://kglitch.social/ in a recent discussion commenting that they would not federate with Meta.

If needed, I will relocate my account to an instance that complies with the fedipact if/when federation with Meta becomes an actual possibility. Heck, at that point I may roll my own instance.
