      It surely smells like they wanted to kill A third party app in particular and after the developer closed it down, they are happy to let others access the API like usual.

        i mean we can only speculate, it seems like the method libreddit is using to get content from reddit is not being talked about officially by them.

        TLDR: The anonymous endpoints are undocumented, without official mention, and with no guarantee or commitment.

        this part seems to summarise it but i have no idea how any of this shit works so don’t trust me.
