seems like it’s 97% memes or news articles. i love a good shitpost but this site would be even better with in depth nuanced discussion – especially with a higher quality userbase than reddit

    I can’t speak for others, but I know that I’m also much more likely to comment on news posts without so much spin (and that feels like most of the fediverse news links I encounter).

    One of the main reasons I got tired of politics on reddit was the agenda-posting / rage bait.
