Anyone have the numbers of today’s new users for any of the kbin or Lemmy instances?

I agree I think the majority of those who were going to move on have do so already. In time as the Fediverse grows it will pull others in.
Thank you for the work, I think I was one of the early subs to this.
What is the best magazine(s) to follow this unfold?
It is nice to see kbin engagement continues to grow, less than 10 hours for this post to reach 1000 upvotes.
I’ve already moved on, period.
Agreed the cross posting is much more visible and irritating. Not sure it will ever be resolved as it is a fundamental architecture design of the Fediverse. I would hate to see another closed source site be the main alternative but Squabbles is growing fast and with the new app looking so good it may accelerate its growth. Time will tell.
Only regular expression commands, that way the 99.9% of us will never understand the content.
Please start a sub for the app so we can subscribe to follow development and join a beta program when ready.
Are you using the PWA? I’ve been experiencing a lot of 503 errors but it appears to be a PWA only issue. For example I couldn’t open this thread in the PWA but I copied the link address for the PWA for this thread and pasted it into Chrome and the thread opened just fine. This has been a recurring issue.
That is great to hear, thank you for the info.
iOS only 🙄, how about Chi-Chi.
I think old.reddit usage is so low because most interactions are on mobile anymore. I can only name two people I know who have desks with computers at them anymore.
As an America currently browsing kbin from a Canadian bar I like the analogy.
I agree, I’ve been thinking about this myself. It would be nice to have the ability to sub to a group of like communities say we call it a super community. Of course there would need to be a way to vote on what belongs to a group. Not sure if this would be something that would be accepted by the federation of something that may be done by a specific instance that focuses on aggregation.
Duck me, is this the new Rick Roll? Clicked on the link and unexpectedly landed on Reddit. How about a trigger warning, lol.
I created a new one as all the short ones were long gone at Reddit.
This is a paywalled article, anyone got a summary?
I left, deleted all three of my accounts after editing all comments starting I was leaving in protest of the June 2023 API changes.
I thought it was obvious the Fediverse and kbin are by Kevin Federline, the k and fed are there in the name.
