Distrowatch only tracks the number of hits that distros website gets. Which is a really stupid way of ranking popularity. The most common distro would be Ubuntu (by far).

Then they started complaining that the image search plugin was not compatible with Apple Silicon.
What kind of psycho fucking does this.
If only people moved to an open and federated platform. I mean I don’t have to say that I hate reddit since I’m here but still whenever I Google a problem reddit answers are one of the most useful places. Especially about something local.
Doesn’t matter where you are. Side loading is a must have for any device, especially phones because a lot of their functions require installing applications. This is like saying privacy is only important if you have something to hide. People are under the assumption that just by enabling side loading they’ll open up their phones to viruses or something. If you don’t need to just stick to your regular app store but having the option is important. If everything you do on your phone is connected to a single company then you aren’t private, it’s only an illusion of privacy.
A must buy then ❤️
You can’t just mention AI in a device description and expect people to buy it in flocks.
Siri isn’t ai based though. Far from it.
Investors are closely watching for updates on artificial intelligence development at Apple, which has so far spoken little about incorporating the AI technology into its devices.
I fucking hate apple but they’re on the right side of this fucking AI train.
It’s so weird to see Turkey doing something right.
Got it. Thank you for clarifying
I don’t know if you think I’m advocating against piracy or something but I’m not. I’m just saying Kagi is the same thing so might as well keep the $10/month.
If someone doesn’t mind their privacy they would just use Google Search + Gmail. This guy is delusional
TIL Google one had VPN
Most hospitals in the US don’t even use the OS as much as they use their EMR system (EPIC). You boot the computer, you double click on Epic and you login. No real interaction with the OS.
I would say laboratories would have the biggest problem with Linux. Laboratory information systems, third party software for different equipment as well as bridging software between these two are all on Windows.
I didn’t change any settings. fresh account
Downvote me into oblivion but Kagi ain’t shit. It’s a glorified Google frontend. The author is right that the web is filled with AI generated articles and fake reviews and lists but Kagi is not immune to this enshittification.
I even tried the same query the author was bitching about. Here is Kagi’s first two links for top 10 air purifiers. Notice how the first result is a BS website called top10.com and the second one is one of the “fake review” websites .
And here is Google’s. First result is Wirecutter, and this might be subjective but I trust Wirecutter reviews on most things.
Rest of the Google results are exactly what the author was mentioning. But Kagi was no different.
So $10/month to get the same shit? No thank you. I agree that Google turned to shit compared to what it was but it is still the best search engine out there. Now if the article was about privacy concerns then they would have a point. Which is what Kagi is all about anyway. So let’s stop the fucking act.
There’s lemoa https://github.com/lemmygtk/lemoa
But I can assure you that it won’t be better than the PWA.
I don’t know
But archinstall now installs KDE 6 correctly. Just saying
