Served in the Krogan uprisings. Now I run a podcast
Added a video I found showing where to do it.
Just a reminder you can add a publisher to your steam ignore list such as EA or Ubisoft.
Edit: This video shows how
Sharing is caring
😄 Fair enough. Thanks for getting back to me
No but this doesn’t do anything to “deal” with the problem as anyone can built up trust like Jian tan showed. The argument that this makes us more secure is like saying closed source is more secure cause the hackers dont have access to the source.
We have evidence of the US messing with nist standards so by that same logic should we assume all us actors are bad ?
The solution is to verify the code maybe have multiple people from different locations have to review stuff. Build more checks into the process.
The whole point of it being open is that it can be reviewed. It shouldn’t matter where the contributor is from as all code should be subjected to a rigorous review process.
Same could be said for any intelligence service . it is better to focus on preventing and detecting these things through analysis and code reviews.
And they could just offer boatloads of cash to someone in another country to insert something so this doesn’t really prevent anything it only isolates a certain subset of people.
Just finished it today on yuzu, only issue I had was some of the coloring on the rifts in the overworld. I used the 18.1.0 firmware for anyone that wants to know
Was always a fan of this and opus III - its a fine day , which was later remixed by orbital for their halcyon track. All great tracks
I have a 2011 kindle, the silver one with no backlight . I got second hand from a friend and I use calibre on linux to convert books to the amazon format and copy them over via USB. It does the job but I have seen that these are like 20 ducats on eBay and other places if anyone wants a cheap option.
Anna’s archive with virus total for books
We have a deebot but its a dumber model, no internet connection no app no cameras. Just a remote with some rudimentary pathfinding and it does the job.
I would only trust selfhosted and foss stuff for anything in my home.
Do you take sugar in your own tea ? Do you even drink tea ?
I’m partial to honey in my tea.
I use brave search. I can generally find most things. They even have an answer with ai thing that gives some useful stuff when you want a specific quick answer.
I also use ddg.
Thanks got it today just in case. It doesn’t follow the emudeck setup if anyone else is wonderinf as they do some symlinking and maybe some preconfigued settings but they can be configured manually .
I imagine they have this stuff internally classifying photos and faces.
I still have an old yuzu installed but might gibe it a go with the latest firmware and see how ot goes. Unfortunately i didn’t snag ryujinx on deck but at least grabbed the source from mirrors after the fact.
Edit
With firmware 18.1.0 and matching keys it works on steamdeck, the yuzu used is out of date by a few but its close enough to the final ea version floating around. Sound is fine on the rift areas and only issue so far is sometimes the rift can look weird in the villages but its a minor cosmetic issue. Made it through the first rift with no issues and probably explored a large chunk of the map. Not seeing any slowdowns.
Thanks for the info. Thats good to know. Its a pain having to have short plays while keeping an eye on the ram creeping up.
Good to know thanks for the info 👍
How is Hogwarts Legacy nowadays ? I’m thinking to pick it up in the future but want to make sure it plays ok on deck.
