Yes. It’s a horrible way to deal with the media and falls apart with even a little bit of scrutiny, but I never said it was a good strategy.

This is their “gotcha” move - if they don’t comment, it’s unsubstantiated hearsay. If they do comment it’s because it’s wrong.

I think developers could still make exclusives, but consoles couldn’t buy up exclusive rights like that. At least that’s how I interpreted the other comment.

Thats… super shitty. I know the mods love what they built, but it’s time to ditch out. Reddit will keep enforcing more and more rules on them and completely ruin anything they have left.

Yep - very few subreddits I couldn’t find replacements for yet - so now they live in my rss feed.
