Wonder how it would affect Astarion to become a true vampire. Apart from becoming very powerful, he will probably be extremely power hungry. I don’t think he’ll continue feeding on animals after it.

Ohhh that’s true! Even as a cutscene at the end of the fight or something by choosing this as one of the dialog options.
I don’t think the discussion is choosing between not working AT ALL and working there.
It is more about would you work at a good place that has good people and decent pay, or Meta.
A common theme I noticed is: if someone is in a position to kill you, and you dare it - it dares, and you die.
A prisoner that I found ran away from prison. They saw that they’ll never go back, and have an explosive barrel near them and a fuse, threathening to blow it up.
If you dare them, they will blow themselves - and you - to pieces. Instant game over.
Well said, and also well written! I enjoyed reading your comment.
We thought you would love to throw money at us!
Honestly I don’t see most of the indie companies keep working with Unity unless they have no choice. Even if they roll it back, who’s to say that they won’t do that again next year?
The fact that they count you retroactively for eligibility means they want to try and rake as much money as possible.
That is the absolute best thing I’ve ever heard. It’s awesome!
I agree. I was mostly trying to point out that playing mages is somewhat more complex than playing fighting classes that mostly just… fight.
That’s fair, but I think they refer to the more casual people who want to play a game without having to think so much, and that was a step in that direction. Obviously, it does not fit into your needs.
I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a mod that allows multiclassing even in Explorer.
In combat, I used to hate the fact that I miss very frequently but I realized enemies miss as much as I do. It changed my perspective - I strategize my game plan assuming I would miss rather than assuming I would hit. It improved my game a lot since.
It helps a lot when you start using abilities that gives you advantage, or that deal half damage even when they are saved against.
Of course, it’s still a matter of preference. It’s just how the game is, I guess.
Agreed. I’m on the lookout for a mod that does this. Just a popup to verify you intended to break concentration.
I think it’s varied based on classes. A Barbarian or a Rouge play very straightforward - hit things, then hit them again.
For classes like wizards, you suddenly have a ton of options in your disposal, and they all use the same resource (spell slots)
I think it’s easier when you have a lot of abilities that simply go into a cooldown (usually Short or Long cooldowns). That means using one doesn’t come at the expense of the other abilities that you have.
I would assume that it helps casual players by removing confusing options ans reducing choice paralysis. There’s already a lot to choose and think about with one class - multi classing makes it even more complex and scary.
Once I finish my normal run I’m already planning a second modded run with Tactician Plus, Better AI, more spells and Party Limits Begone mods. I’m gonna go all out here.
Really?! That’s amazing. A little gem that probably almost everyone missed.
Are there others like this in the EULA?
Would’ve been cool if non-boss minions he bites during battle switch sides!
