i really love the first mistborn book and its revolution. the later books disappointed me though, with how much power the nobility kept, even spanning to era 2, where their ancestors still mostly controll politics and economy, while the ancestors of the scaa became the opressed workers of that industrial society. i get that this could be considered a possible realistic outcome and that stories work better in injust worlds but it still hurts me a lot to see it as well as how little is done against it. this influences how i feel about the series as a whole… so ig my favourite is “the final empire: the series” lol
