I like customizations on the touchscreen. I’ve had several experiences where I tell the cashier what I want including customizations only to get my order and realize that the order wasn’t entered in properly. The touchscreen ensures that the order is at least entered properly.
They’ll keep someone in the truck for maintenance purposes. A self driving truck wouldn’t be able to change a flat tire for example and it would be more efficient to have the human driver change it than wait for someone to come out and change the flat.
Why would it be more acceptable to talk on your phone on a train instead of a plane?

I’m surprised Google was still using raters. I used to be one through a third party over a decade ago. The pay was okay but it was a 1099 so taxes were a mess. Ended up getting “fired” for reasons I didn’t understand, as there wasn’t much transparency in the process.

I’ve tried most of those. The first one, which was called starlight in the states, was the best one so far. The others haven’t been as good. The new AI one is probably the one I’ve liked the most since starlight.
Easier sign up. On BlueSky you can just sign up for an account and go. You don’t have to worry about picking an instance or anything like on Mastodon, which can be a bit off-putting for someone not familiar with federation.
