10·1 year agoI bought some thermal paste from best buy a few weeks ago because they had it in stock and I wanted it immediately. other than that I mostly shop online.
https://yunohost.org/ This is by far the easiest way to get into self-hosting I’ve seen. I have more specific needs so I don’t personally use it, but it’s really cool.

I should install fail2ban. I already have everything else covered. I’ve only heard of fail2ban, not very familiar with it. Is it necessary if password login is disabled? Can you brute force ssh keys? I really appreciate your advice.
I only have my (non default) ssh port exposed. I just use an ssh tunnel to access all my services. I don’t know if this is a good idea or not, but it works for me.
They’re hosting their computer in their home by themselves hahaha.
