Yeah, I’m waiting for the same thing. Have you tried Ente ? It looks like more mature but with less features, is that right?
Both Ubuntu and Fedora ship with it by default, so everyone running those distros is using fwupd.
Why? No breaking changes or something else in particular?
Looks like I’ll be spending $200 for 4 controllers
^Original ^SC ^price: ^$50
That’s the point. Online play on linux is limited.
Online?
Further context for anyone interested.
FC25 is the world’s most popular Football (soccer) game, made by the world’s shittiest gaming company, EA.
Open TTD is an open source transport tycoon sim.
Not being able to play the world’s most popular games, means most gamers aren’t ready for Linux yet.
And more.
I hate those games, but my kids want to play FC25, and for that… I still have a dreaded Windows PC.
Same thing here. Freaking amazing experience.
That thing is a freaking legend already.
I don’t use Bazzite on the Deck. I use it on my desktop rigs. Yes, Bazzite has KDE 6, it’s based on Fedora 41. As for Bluez, I don’t know, but everything I tried , worked flawlessly.
So much, that I slapped Bazzite on my 2 desktop PCs, and I have been thinking about Ublue Core for my server.
Bazzite, I want my PC to just work and not require me to maintain it, on top of that I need it to be game-ready and have good color management for work related stuff.
Same here with Bazzite. I freaking love it. I love the whole Ublue project. I haven’t tried the Fedora Atomic spins, how do they differ from Ublue?
Any other take to add to this?
Ok now we know for sure it’s the AMD GPU + Linux. Which is super strange, since AMD GPUs just work on Linux, and the opposite is common to happen with Nvidia.
If you try an Nvidia GPU, try it with the Bazzite Nvidia image.
Can you check if the iGPU works ?
Could Waydroid have anything to do with this device? Wouldn’t Chrome OS EC mean Waydroid wouldn’t be needed ?
