It’s a lot of other big improvements. The improvements were mainly made for Framework laptops but they apply to other laptops too.
Pretty sure there is a protocol for this in development or maybe even merged already.
Hadn’t had a single issue on my AMD igpu. If you experience issues it’s most likely coming from a different source than Wayland itself, it might be worth tracking it down and reporting the issue, so it can be fixed in the future.
Remux or straight Bluray. But Remuxes are always your best choice, if you don’t need any of the extra content.
If you don’t need any of the Pi specific features. Then buy a sbc from another brand. You get way more for your money and more features

The thing is, if you can’t uninstall it, then Windows will repeatedly try to shove the feature into your face, until you enable it again

Other challenges include access to battery materials and battery degradation, though CATL claims this second pain point is not an issue with its latest battery.
Freesync and any vrr for that matter is supported on Wayland and X.org. HDR is supported on sway and some other compositors, but I don’t think there is too much adoption from apps yet
They control the ecosystem in the way that they provide what hardware is new on MacOS and what capabilities it has. So if any developer wants to support modern devices they have to port to that new hardware. They don’t have any choice, if they want to stay relevant.
