DNS ad blocker. My network setup is more complex than I can understand and if I set up AdGuard/PiHole I have issues.

My TV is OLED and is five years old with zero burn in. It’s much less common now unless you’re a taxi driver.
Get the lowest storage one and replace it with a drive you get from Amazon. My partner did it just by reading a guide online. No special tools necessary.
For people just using a browser and mail, they could just use Android. Samsung Dex is pretty great as a laptop replacement.
